Prive Inventum Resort City has been designed as a mixed-use development that brings together residential, commercial, office, accommodation, and social amenity functions. The project aims to create an urban organization in which different programs support one another and remain active throughout the day. This approach transforms the development from a mere collection of buildings into a self-sustaining mini-city model.

The spatial organization has been shaped through the relationships between public, semi-public, and private-use areas. While commercial and social spaces form a backbone that supports public life, residential areas are conceived as more controlled living layers connected to this backbone. Squares, pedestrian routes, and landscaped areas function as elements of continuity that connect these different programs.

In the architectural design, the relationship between the buildings and the landscape has been a defining factor. Residential units open to the outdoors through spacious balconies and terraces, establishing both visual and physical connections with shared green spaces. The precast elements used on the façades bring different functions together under a common architectural language while giving the development a strong identity.

Sustainability has been addressed on two scales within the project. First, an open-space system supported by extensive landscaped areas, walking routes, recreational spaces, and camping areas has been created. The green network extends not only through open spaces but also within building blocks and parking entrances, aiming to establish a continuous landscape framework across the entire development.

Secondly, sustainability has been evaluated through the concept of a mixed-use urban ecosystem. The integration of residential, working, commercial, and social functions creates a spatial structure that reduces daily mobility needs, brings together diverse user groups, and remains active at different times of the day.

Prive Inventum Resort City reconsiders the relationships between architecture, landscape, and urban life, proposing a mixed-use living model in which different functions operate as part of an integrated and holistic system.
